Returns Policy
At PERO, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns under the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility
- Return labels must be scanned by the carrier within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
While our returns portal is being set up, please email us at peronewyork@gmail.com to request a return label or for any return-related inquiries.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return label cost is $8, and will be deducted from your refund.
- International orders are responsible for their own return shipping.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Peronewyork@gmail.com within 10 days so we can make it right.
