Returns Policy

At PERO, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns under the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

  • Return labels must be scanned by the carrier within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Only full priced items are eligible for refund. Items purchased with an influencer code of 15% or less are also eligible for refund. 
  • Sale items are returnable for store credit only. Items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been shipped.
  • All cancelled orders will have a 5% restocking fee, no exceptions.

How to Initiate a Return

While our returns portal is being set up, please email us at peronewyork@gmail.com to request a return label or for any return-related inquiries.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund/credit within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return label cost is $8, and will be deducted from your refund.
  • International orders are responsible for their own return shipping.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Peronewyork@gmail.com within 10 days so we can make it right.
